Where do I find my catalogue code?

This code (e.g. PA400) can be found either above your name on the back cover of your catalogue or below the name and address section on the order form inside the back cover. It is usually in a cream box.

How do I cancel or add to my order?

If you place an order online in error, or want to add something to an order you have already placed please email service@piajewellery.com or call 0333 240 6238 and quote the order number from your confirmation email.

Why is the catalogue price different to the web price?

Prices can differ for web exclusive offers. Regular web customers are emailed details of latest promotions and sales. Catalogue prices are correct at the time they are printed.

Is your payment process secure?

Yes, we can assure you the payment section of our website is secure.
You should see a padlock symbol on secure pages. This is usually found next to the address bar in your browser, or in the footer bar.
Finally on the Pia Jewellery site, you will see a red 'Comodo' icon as you proceed through the checkout process. If you hover over that icon, you will see verification information that our site is authentic and secure for the date/time when you do this.
