Please be aware that Royal Mail are currently prioritising the delivery of parcels over returns. It is therefore taking much longer than normal for returned parcels to reach our warehouse. Once they arrive, they are processed promptly and the appropriate refund issued.
We hope you are pleased with your order. During these uncertain times we have extended our returns policy to 60 days. If anything you have ordered does not live up to your expectations just return it to us unworn for an exchange or refund. Please ensure that the item is packed to arrive back to us in resaleable condition. We are sorry but personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, return postage will be at your cost. It is important that the goods are returned in the best possible condition so please pack them appropriately.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call our customer service team on 0333 240 6238 (Mon – Friday 9am – 6pm, Sat 9am – 5pm). We will advise where and how the items should be returned and provide the appropriate paperwork, including free of charge returns label. We will exchange or refund any faulty goods at our expense provided they have not been damaged through misuse. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Pia jewellery pieces are covered by our one year warranty. Should your jewellery suffer a breakage or damage due to a manufacturing defect, we are committed to ensuring that it is replaced at no cost if returned within one year of receipt of the item.
To ensure your jewellery stays in optimum condition for as long as possible, keep it away from alcohol-based products and chemicals such as perfume and chlorine, and store in a cool dry place in the box provided to avoid your jewellery tangling or scratching each other.
Earrings may only be returned if the seal is unbroken (unless faulty).
A refund will take between 10-14 days of the goods being returned to us and we will email you to advise once processed. If the order is returned in its entirety within 14 days, we will also refund your original delivery charge.
If you choose to return your item for an exchange, rather than a refund, please use the returns form to specify which item you wish to receive in its place. If the new items are cheaper, we will refund the difference. If the items cost more, please enclose payment for the increase difference with your return parcel.

If you have requested an exchange and the requested item is available from stock, a replacement order will arrive in approximately 7 days. If the item is on pre-order, it will be dispatched once in stock.
To return an item
Complete the form on the reverse of your delivery note, enclose it in your parcel and send it with the returned items. This completed returns form must accompany your returns parcel. We recommend you obtain a Certificate of Postage as you are legally responsible for the goods until they reach us.
