The watch had a metal fastener/bracelet on the back which was not apparent in the catalogue, I would not have bought it had I known. To make matters worse I could not work out how to put it on or adjust it. I sent an email to the manufacturers asking if they could help, they replied that they had got my email and that was all, no info. I know I could have sent it back but I felt that was throwing good money after bad. It has certainly coloured my opinion of Pia whom I have been dealing with for a long time.
