I loved the necklace - vey pretty red colour. I have had to have a larger clasp fitted onto it (my arthritic fingers can't manage most little necklace clasps!) I was disappointed in the curvy golden earrings - they were not as delicate as I had hoped and I have in fact returned them. I understand why you must not open the sealed packaging if you need to return earrings, but I would have preferred to try them on. Usually, al, PIA stuff is gorgeous -this will not put me off!

The ring was awful and a total disappointment. It felt like a plastic ring as it was very hollow and flimsy. The ring hadn't been made properly so it was rough against the finger and the yellow and white gold looked as though it was peeling off the ring. I sent it back straight away and feel so disappointed to have wasted the postage and packaging to have delivered and returned. I have bought items from the Pia shop before which have been lovely but in future I will only buy directly from the shop as this ring looked and sounded great on the website but was truly awful in real life.

Unfortunately I had to return the ring, this was only due to the size. I purchased the ring 2 sizes bigger than what I normally buy, and still the ring was too small. Really disappointed at it was a lovely product.

Disappointed with the quality of the ring. It felt too light for gold and it had a tarnish type mark on the underside.
