I have had to send product back for refund.
Reasons for return: 1) The colours on the bag were drab and did not match the colours in the catalogue. 2) When the parcel was opened there was an awful smell on the bag

This is a lovely bag and I'm very pleased with it. Only one slightly negative comment - which applies to every flat, cross body bag I've bought - the dimensions, especially the width measurement are very slightly smaller on the actual bag. It's only a few millimetres, which sounds trivial, but when you take off a bit more because of the zip, the opening is limited in terms of what you can fit in it. I'm thinking of tablets, travel wallets etc. A minor complaint as it's a really bag, but I really wish that sellers would give accurate measurements and also include the maximum opening size.
