The bag is a lovely colour and good size but is spoilt by the strap that crosses over the zip closure at the top. This makes it difficult to access inside the bag. I understand it can be made into a backpack but it is too rigid a bag in my opinion and this didn't work for me. Sent back. Such a shame, thought it would be softer leather and more pliable.

I bought this bag in a different colour a few years ago which I still use daily. Still looks like new too and I get lots of compliments. Can be used as a shoulder bag or as a back pack. I love it.
