Heavy/larger items and furniture will be despatched separately and will not arrive with other purchases. The delivery company will only deliver to the door step of the ground floor and cannot allow their team members to enter a customer’s premises as their insurance does not cover this. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Delivery companies continue to offer contactless delivery for your peace of mind.
Returns
- If anything you have ordered does not live up to your expectations just return it to us unworn, in its original packaging, for an exchange or refund.
- Extended Returns: Items purchased between 1st Oct and 23rd Dec can be returned up to 14th January
