Absolutely beautiful, I am extremely happy with the jewellery and it will go with so much I wear. I do not usually buy costume jewellery so you can imagine how surprised I was both with the quality and the design. I really like the length it sits just right on my neck, some chains are so long I do not like them as I am not tall. I would definitely recommend this item. I telephoned the company after ordering as I was worried that I was going away for a few days and it might arrive once I left, I was told it would definitely be delivered before my going away date, how true that was I received it within 3 days. Excellent service.

I ordered this set when it arrived it had been put together wrongly. One of the sections was put together back to front. I contacted them to say i wanted a refund, and returned the item back with proof of postage as asked for on the return form. I waited a week then had to contact them to see if they had received my parcel back. A couple of days later i got an email to say my refund had been made but this was minus my return postage. I was then told that i should have asked for a return postage label as the item was returned as not wanted. I told them the item was wanted but damaged and had not been checked before being sent to me . I contacted them again to say i didnt think it fair and got no reply i will never buy from this firm again

I have tried on the necklace NOT the earrings. It's a well made attractive piece, and would without doubt, attract many compliments. I will probably not keep the set as it was an impulsive purchase. Not a sensible choice for someone who does not wear either long earrings or gold toned jewellery! Good value for the price, but sadly not for me.
