This brooch is very pretty, however when I received it the pin was very obviously broken loose in the packet. The external packaging was excellent which suggests that the item was damaged when it was packed and not in transit. I have fixed it myself

Brooch arrived with a broken pin post. Although you sent a replacement, it arrived in a sealed bag within the box.
The original was not in a sealed bag which I believe may have previously been rejected and sent back by a customer.
