and we will send you a prepaid postage label so you can post your unwanted items back to us. Where possible please include a copy of the receipt so we can action the return as quickly as possible.

For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable.

Included in each parcel is a delivery note with returns instructions on the reverse. Use the accompanying pre-addressed self-adhesive label to return your package. We do recommend that you request a certificate of posting from the Post Office if you return goods.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged or faulty, Pia will refund your return postage costs.
