What is your returns policy and guarantee?

We have a 100% money back guarantee. If your purchase does not come up to your expectations, please return it to us unused within 28 days, in its original packaging for a refund or exchange.

For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable.

Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

How can I return an item?

Included in each parcel is a delivery note with returns instructions on the reverse. Use the accompanying pre-addressed self-adhesive label to return your package. We do recommend that you request a certificate of posting from the Post Office if you return goods.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged or faulty, Pia will refund your return postage costs.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse but please allow 14 days for clearance to your card account.

How long will it take to deliver a replacement item?

Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse. A replacement order will take approximately 7 days for delivery. If the item is no longer available, you will receive notification and a refund.

Can I return Earrings?

Due to hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable.
